Accepted Insurances

As a courtesy to you, we will make every effort to help you obtain maximum benefits from your insurance carrier. However, please remember that your insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance carrier. Since insurance policies vary, we strongly suggest you contact your carrier to review your benefits and coverage. Because we are dedicated to rendering every possible service to you, we may file your insurance claim. However, all co-payments and unmet deductibles are always due at the time of service.

We accept assignment on Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, 1st Health/CCN, GHI and Beechstreet claims. If you have questions as to whether or not one of our physicians participates in your insurance plan, you will need to contact the customer service number shown on the back of your insurance card.
